Hi, I’m Kristi, the photographer behind Boudoir by Kaheala, a full-service boudoir photography studio in Manchester, New Hampshire.
As a female boudoir photographer, I have built a space that celebrates real people and real bodies. This is a body-positive, judgment-free studio where you can reconnect with yourself and rediscover confidence.
People often call me “the most unprofessional professional,” and honestly, that makes me smile. I am relaxed, a little goofy, and deeply intentional. You do not need to pose like a model or know what to do with your hands. We figure it out together. Most clients arrive feeling nervous and leave feeling taller, calmer, and proud of what they just did.
Boudoir photography is not about performing for someone else. It is about being fully present and remembering who you are when the world goes quiet.
Hi, I’m Kristi. I’m a fun, unfiltered boudoir photographer creating sessions where you can laugh, swear, flirt with the camera, and fully be yourself. No stiff poses, no fake perfection — just confidence, chaos, hype-girl energy, and killer images. I created Boudoir by Kaheala after hearing too many people apologize for their bodies. You are not too much, too soft, or too anything. You are already enough and you deserve to be seen as you are.
Each session is a celebration of your strength, softness, and story. It is also an act of rebellion against unrealistic standards. Here, perfection is not the goal. Presence is.
I offer Luxury boudoir without the fake energy. I create high-end images in a relaxed, unfiltered environment where clients can let go, feel sexy, and actually have fun during the process.
No experience is needed. I guide you through simple, natural movements so you feel relaxed and empowered. This is not about stiff poses. It is about breathing, moving, and feeling at ease in your own skin. All sessions are based on clients limitations and comfort level.
Your session begins with professional styling that reflects your unique vibe. Whether you love a fresh, natural look or want full glam, you are in control. Every look is created by trusted artists who understand comfort, consent, and individuality. Hair is either curled or straightened, no elaborate styling or wig/extensions.
You can bring your own outfits or explore the studio’s curated wardrobe. We will talk about how you want to feel and what pieces support that. Everything is prepared ahead of time so you arrive feeling ready and in control.
We begin with a simple call to talk about your vision, goals, and comfort level. There is no pressure. This is just a space to connect and explore what is possible.
You will receive a guide that includes everything you need to know, from wardrobe tips to mindset support to what to expect on session day.
Your photoshoot takes place in a cozy Manchester NH boudoir studio with soft light, music, and gentle direction. You are never alone in the process. Every detail is handled with care.
When we finish your photoshoot, we will view the images together. You will choose the images that feel right and decide how you would like to preserve them — from digital galleries to fine art albums.
People book boudoir sessions for many reasons. Some are celebrating something big. Others are healing something deep. All are welcome.

I was interested in this because I’m recently out of a long relationship where I was rejected over and over. I had no self confidence and only saw negative when looking at myself. I needed this photo shoot so bad to make me feel like me again. What I could remember anyways. The whole experience was such a positive one. I was first pampered with make up and hair then we moved to the photos. I don’t usually wear makeup so I wanted to look more towards my natural but also doll myself up a bit. I wanted to still look like me. She did an amazing job. I was so nervous but every photo she took, she built me up, encouraged me and raved about how they were coming out. The make up artist was there too so I had two women telling me over and over how gorgeous I am, how sexy I am and just raining down the compliments. I still had in the back of my mind that the photos won’t come out good because I don’t look good but wow! I was so wrong. After the session, which was so thorough by the way, we went over the photos. I got to see every photo and we went through and picked out my favorites to purchase. I had so many that I loved and it was very hard to choose. The confidence and beauty I now saw in myself was just amazing. I saw what other people see, not the lies that I’ve told myself for years. Turns out, it was just him rejecting me because he had problems and not me. I am decently overweight and all my thoughts about being overweight have changed. I love my body now and I just entered a new relationship with so much confidence in myself that it is attractive to others. I feel like a woman again. I feel like me. I’m so thankful for this experience and I could not recommend her more. This was well worth every penny spent.

Yes. This is a compassionate experience. We move at your pace and take breaks as needed

Booking 4–8 weeks in advance is ideal, especially for special events.

Bring outfits that make you feel amazing or use items from the studio wardrobe. We plan it together.
What you should ask: Can a friend or partner join me?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring someone for emotional support. Just let me know in advance. I have a space for them to chill during your session or if you want them in the studio as well, that is fine as long as they do not interfere with the process. I.E. tell the photographer how to do posing or take the photo.
What you should ask: How can I preserve my images?
Choose from custom albums, folio boxes, wall art, or digital collections. We go over all of this during your reveal.
